Objective

The customer was limited in funds for development, while he needed an exchange with powerful functionality, since in a competitive market it would be difficult to develop a product with limited features for users. Also, the limited management functionality would require payment of additional staff, which was also not included in the project financing plan.

Implementation

Taking into account all the conditions, the customer was offered to use the cloud version of the product with the possibility of purchasing the source code in the future. We deployed and launched a cryptocurrency exchange, and also provided liquidity, which was necessary at the beginning, until the service gains a sufficient number of users for free trading on all pairs.

As a result, the customer was able to launch his project, having the amount 10 times less than the amount required to purchase the exchange.
